PPP Serene Horse Medallion, duo-tone lustreware

Handmade earthenware plaque, cast from a commercially produced (and current) mould which I own (original sculpt by Pat Kasper).

Approximately 14cm diameter, backed with red baize and a satin hanging ribbon.

Artfully decorated in two different stoneware effects art glazes, before the right side of the medallion was given a final low fire with light blue lustre, for ultimate richness and sheen.
